TERMS OF SALE AND SHIPPING

1. Seller and scope
Womensbodysuit ("we", "us" or "our"), operated by Womensbodysuit Curated Fit-and-Feel Bodysuit Dropshipping Store, offers clothing for individual purchase. These terms apply when you browse or order through our storefront. The seller is responsible for the customer-facing sale even when a supplier fulfills an order. Supplier terms do not reduce your legal rights. These terms are not legal advice.
2. Where we sell
Our initial intended market is the United States only, and only destinations for which the relevant item’s supplier delivery, cost, returns process and applicable product information have been checked. A destination or item may be unavailable. Do not submit an order from a destination unless checkout expressly accepts it. The storefront shows seller contact details, product-specific shipping terms and the applicable return route before checkout.
3. Product information and claims
We aim to describe each item accurately using information verified from the supplier or product itself. Fabric content, care, country of origin, dimensions, stretch, opacity, coverage, fit and other details will be stated only when reliably verified. Images and colors may vary by display. A size chart is guidance, not a promise of fit. Contact us before ordering if a material specification is missing. No product is represented as having health, medical or body-shaping benefits. Nothing here limits legal remedies for inaccurate descriptions or defective goods.
4. Prices, checkout and orders
Prices are displayed in the currency stated at checkout. Current product prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR). The item price, shipping charge, taxes and total due are shown before you place an order. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charge. You are responsible for reviewing the final total. We may correct obvious listing or pricing errors before accepting an order and will offer cancellation or confirmation at the corrected price. An order request is not accepted until we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for stock unavailability, a delivery restriction, suspected fraud, a pricing error or another lawful reason. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a full refund to the original payment method.
5. Payment
Payment is handled by the hosted payment provider presented at checkout. We do not ask you to send card details by email and do not store full payment-card numbers or security codes. Provider terms and privacy practices also apply. Any applicable tax or import charge will be disclosed or handled as required by law; do not assume that a price includes charges that checkout separately identifies.
6. Supplier fulfillment, shipping and delays
We may arrange for an independent supplier to pack and ship an item directly to you. Before placing an order, review the destination-specific estimate, shipping fee and other conditions on the product page and at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. We will provide available tracking information when supplied to us. We will communicate material delays or unavailability and offer remedies required by law, including cancellation and refund where applicable. A supplier’s delay, stock issue or policy does not excuse our legal obligations to you. Risk of loss and title pass only as permitted by applicable law.
7. Returns, cancellation and refunds
Our separate Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory cancellation, return, refund, warranty and other consumer rights always apply where they provide greater protection. Do not return an item without using the return instructions shown on the storefront or supplied by customer support, because supplier return addresses may differ. We will not require you to waive a legal right as a condition of receiving a remedy.
8. Customer conduct and content
Use the storefront lawfully and do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or upload unlawful or infringing content. If you send a review or other content, you retain ownership and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce it in connection with the store, subject to applicable law. Do not send sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it for a legitimate support need.
9. Intellectual property and availability
Store text, branding and original materials are owned by us or used with permission. Product photos and supplier materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and may be used only as authorized. We may change or discontinue a listing, subject to existing orders and legal obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the storefront.
10. Liability and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, remedies for defective or misdescribed products, or liability for fraud or willful misconduct. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Mandatory consumer protections in your location take precedence over any inconsistent term. No provision limits rights under applicable US federal or state law.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Payment providers and fulfillment suppliers receive only information needed to process an order or provide support, subject to applicable law and our arrangements with them.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. The version applicable to an order is the version in force when that order is accepted, except where law requires otherwise. The storefront displays our working contact method. Use the contact method displayed on the live storefront for questions, complaints, cancellations or order support. These terms are governed by applicable law without restricting mandatory consumer rights or any right to bring a claim in a court with proper jurisdiction.
